Day 1
Welcome to the Land of Pharaohs
Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our tour manager will meet and greet you and provide assistance with the arrival procedures. You will then be escorted to your hotel in an exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. Our tour manager will ensure a smooth check-in process at the hotel and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.
Day 2
A Full-Day for Pyramids
Following breakfast in your Cairo hotel, you will meet your guide, who will take you to the Giza Plateau to visit the famous sphinx and Valley Temple facing the great statue and the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus. After lunch, you will see the Sakkara Complex and the first pyramid ever built (Djoser Pyramid) before returning to your hotel.

Day 3
A Day for the Cairo Sightseeing
After breakfast at your Cairo hotel, your private guide will take you to the Egyptian Museum to see many fascinating artifacts. Your lunch will be served at a Cairo restaurant. You will drive to Islamic Cairo to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. Continue to Coptic Cairo to see the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Return to your hotel and spend an evening in Cairo.

Day 4
Fly to Luxor - East Bank Sightseeing
This morning, you will leave Cairo and travel to Luxor. You will meet your tour manager in the morning at your hotel, and he will accompany you to Cairo International Airport for your flight. A luxury Nile cruise, Salacia, will give you an unforgettable experience cruising on the Nile during your stay at Luxor. Upon arriving in Luxor, you will be assisted and taken away in an exclusive air-conditioned vehicle to board it. Your first stop in Upper Egypt will be the infamous Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the East Bank, followed by a delicious lunch on board. Return to your cruise and enjoy a warm and hand-crafted dinner.

Day 5
Luxor West Bank Sightseeing
Enjoy your first breakfast on board your cruise, surrounded by the calm waters of the Nile. After breakfast, head out to explore the West Bank of Luxor. Visit the Royal Cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings, then head to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which the architects of the New Kingdom built during the 15th century BCE at Deir El-Bahari. Finish the day as you marvel at the towering Colossi of Memnon. After finishing your visits to the West Bank, return to your cruise and start sailing to Edfu while enjoying a delicious lunch on board. Relax the rest of the day as you sail; take advantage of the fantastic facilities of your cruise; enjoy some afternoon tea, get a massage, and de-stress in the Jacuzzi. End the day with a delicious dinner on board.

Day 6
A Visit to Edfu and Kom Ombo
Upon arrival, head out and visit Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved temples of the Greco-Roman era, that of Horus at Edfu. Enjoy a magnificent experience as you take a horse-drawn carriage ride back and forth to the temple and marvel at Upper Egypt’s local life. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking lush, fertile landscapes dotted with banana and date palm trees. Pass through the slow-paced, rural life of the local farmers and fishermen. Enjoy a mouth-watering breakfast on board your cruise as you sail to Edfu. After your visit, return to your cruise and coast to your second-day stop, Kom Ombo.
Touch down on the shores of Kom Ombo and walk through the town of Kom Ombo among the locals until you arrive at the unusual Kom Ombo temple with its two identical entrances, hypostyle halls, and sanctuaries. After your visit, return to your cruise, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch while sailing to Aswan. As the day ends, enjoy a warm, delicious dinner surrounded by the calm, serene water of the Nile River.

Day 7
A full day to Aswan Sightseeing
Enjoy yet another delicious breakfast on board as you sail to the colorful city of Aswan. Upon arrival, head out and enjoy a day of sightseeing in this beautiful city, meeting the kindest locals. Start with visiting the infamous High Dam and then head to the massive Unfinished Obelisk, still resting in the stone quarries of ancient Egypt. Afterward, you will go to the beautiful Temple of Philae, devoted to the two goddesses, Isis and Hathor. After your visits, you will return to your cruise and enjoy a delicious dinner in the middle of the Nile, surrounded by its beautiful waters.

Day 8
Fly to Sharm
Enjoy your last morning on your cruise with one last scrumptious breakfast on board, surrounded by the calm waters of the Nile. After breakfast, disembark your cruise and transfer to Aswan Airport for a flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Upon arrival at Sharm Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Sharm and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 9
Sharm El Shiekh Optional Excursions
Free day in Sharm El Sheikh or join our optional tour to Ras Mohammed National Park, a terrestrial and aquatic nature reserve. The 480 square kilometers protected area lies where the Gulf of Suez meets the Gulf of Aqaba in Sinai’s southern extremity. The arid desert terrain of dunes, gravel plains, fossilized corals, and granite mountains is home to several rare mammal species: Dorcas’s gazelle, Nubian ibex, and red fox. The resident birds like terns, herons, gulls, and ospreys are easier to spot. Thousands of white storks pass through Ras Mohammed each year, heading south during September/October and back north during April/May. About 85 flora species live in the park, including mangroves.

Day 10
Sharm El Shiekh Optional Excursions
Free day in Sharm El Sheikh or join our optional tour to one of the natural wonders of the Sinai, the Colored Canyon is majestic. Take a walk among dramatic sandstone canyon walls streaked with melting yellows, purples, reds, magentas and gold. In certain places the canyon walls reach up to 40 meters. You feel as if you are enclosed in a spectacular coloring book.

Day 11
Back to Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and then you will be transferred to Sharm El Sheikh

Yes. U.S. citizens must obtain a tourist visa before or upon arrival in Egypt. Visas can be acquired at the airport, online (e-Visa), or through Egyptian consulates. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
The ideal time is October to April, when temperatures are cooler and more comfortable for sightseeing. Summers can be extremely hot, especially in Luxor, Aswan, and desert areas.
The official currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP). U.S. dollars are not commonly accepted for purchases, so it’s recommended to exchange money at banks or use ATMs. Credit cards are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and larger shops.
Egypt is generally safe for travelers, including Americans. Petty crime can occur in crowded tourist areas, so stay vigilant and take standard travel precautions. Avoid restricted areas and follow local guidance.
English is commonly spoken in hotels, airports, and major tourist areas. In rural or less-visited areas, Arabic is primarily spoken, so learning a few basic phrases or using a translation app is helpful.
