Day 1

Arrival at Cairo International Airport

Greetings from Egypt! You will meet your private driver at Cairo International Airport, who will transfer you to your hotel. Afterward, you can relax for the remainder of the day.

Day 2

Egypt Pyramids Tour

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, followed by a rendezvous with your expert guide. Embark on an awe-inspiring journey to the Giza Plateau to explore the iconic Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, Mykerinus, the renowned Sphinx, and the Valley Temple that stands in front of it. A delectable lunch is included in the tour, after which we will continue to the Sakkara area to discover the impressive Sakkara Complex and Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever constructed.

Day 3

Cairo Sightseeing Tours

Enjoy a delightful morning with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a fascinating tour of the Egyptian Museum, accompanied by your knowledgeable private guide. The time continues with visits to the enchanting Hanging Church in Coptic Cairo and the bustling Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s renowned old bazaar in Islamic Cairo. During this time, we will take a break to savor the local cuisine at a charming restaurant.

Yes. U.S. citizens must obtain a tourist visa before or upon arrival in Egypt. Visas can be acquired at the airport, online (e-Visa), or through Egyptian consulates. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

The ideal time is October to April, when temperatures are cooler and more comfortable for sightseeing. Summers can be extremely hot, especially in Luxor, Aswan, and desert areas.

The official currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP). U.S. dollars are not commonly accepted for purchases, so it’s recommended to exchange money at banks or use ATMs. Credit cards are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and larger shops.

Egypt is generally safe for travelers, including Americans. Petty crime can occur in crowded tourist areas, so stay vigilant and take standard travel precautions. Avoid restricted areas and follow local guidance.
